[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — Missguided and not getting proper support after taking policy from policybazaar.com

Hi, i have taken one star health insurance policy through policy bazar.com, on 10th aug'16, as shared by policy bazar customer care i will get my hard copy policy from star health insurance within 1 month. But till now not received my health insurance hard copy from star health insurance. As per communication i will get by 1 month after taking policy. Till date i have received 3 call policy bazar customer care, every time shared that i will get by next week. But till date i have not received. Also get bad behavior from policy bazar cca.

I made payments of my car renewal no RJ 14 CM 0166 twice on 23 Rd and on second on 26 th September amount to Rs 4477 Universal Sompo also has issued two policy dated as above kindly refund the amount and cancel one policy it was mistakenly done
