Car policy no:[protected]-[protected] Insured: girish ludhani Contact: [protected] I purchased liberty videocon policy for my car in december 2016, provided all details of my car and previous years policies... Policybazar given 35% ncb on purchased liberty videocon policy. But when i claimed after an accident, the insurance company did not approved the claim on the basis of wrong ncb. I informed my agent from policy bazar mr ravi malhotra about this. He told me to wait for some time to resolve the problem, as the mistake of wrong ncb is because of policybazar. Now when i call mr ravi malhotra he does not receive my call and disconnect it and when i called on policybazar toll free no the customer care executive said mr ravi is busy and will call u later. But he did not call me. Next day again i tried to call policybazar they just take call and disconnect it. Now i am completely starnded. My car is lying in workshop from last 12 days.
