[Resolved]  Pooja — Kesineni-Worst service

I had a booking for today from udupi to Hyderabad through Red Bus. Reporting time was 4.30 pm but the bus never turned up. At 6.30 pm some other bus arrived and i was offered last seat. The driver was rude & did not even provide us the contact details of their office. The worst operator i have ever know. They were behaving as if they are doing favor to me by offering last seat. I did not agree to travel and have requested redbus for total refund even for my return ticket. These operators should be punished/banned from operating. Red bus also neither intimated about the changes in time. Regard, Pooja
