My HTC 826 mobile was sent for repair to your Poorvika Head Quarters, Chennai on April 30, 2015. Are you concerned about the what is the date today?? Its almost 2 months and it is also your responsibility to get my phone back from HTC service center, Bangalore. Moreover, Phone is insured through your useless mobile protection plan. Everyday, im calling your customer service and ill get a lame excuse as a response and im redirected to call HTC service center to get the status. Kindly, get my phone back and i don't need your service anymore. If i dont get my phone within this week, it will be better i take this to consumer court.
