My new i20 elite car purchaced through popular hyundai muvattupuzha, ernakulam district, kerala, car no. Kl17m9487.It got an accident on 03/2/2016 and is taken for repair by them (Popular hyundai muvattupuzha) on the same day. I have a bumber to bumber insurance from hdfc ergo.Even after 3 months time they didnt completed the repair work, more over from there dealings we felt that they were cheeting?!.My family is in a very need of our vehicle these times- childrens vaccation, sick parents...Etc..My wife and me liked this hyndai car i20 elite very much and with our own interest we directly approached them and with full payment we purchaced it.Unfortunately now we are very much dissapointed.Actually by this dealers the fame and prosperity of the hyundai motors india ltd is getting declined!!! One month before i complained in the complaint forum, but nothing noticed.Kindly do the needfull.
