Popular Maruti — Problem on Wind shield

To Whom so it may concern I had purchased my Ritz from Popular motors, Kothamangalam on 5/3/15. From the very begining i am facing this problem during rainy season and night driving There are streaks on mine ritz windshield and when it's raining and we turn on the wipers they fog up. I don't know how to describe it but the streaks literally expand into this foggy crap. I tried wiping the streaks off even replaced the wiper Blades so many times but they won't go away. I also checked and it's not on the inside either.., every time when i complain They said sir wiper problem. i guess there is some manufacturing fault in the windshield, , from last month i am trying to approach the service centre, but they told me that they dont finds any complaints, hardly geting in response.its like my car is totally money waste in rainy season as well as in night.I need your support in this problem . please rectify it ASAP.
