I, G.V.Sunil Kumar Order ID: #115653 has ordered in "http://www.portamart.in" for Xolo A500S Battery of Rs.400/- and paid through' Internet banking. dated[protected]. Tracked the order in the web site and found NO updated status. Today, on[protected], I tried to contact[protected] and got a AUTO Answering message that the number is Wrong. How can I get the product? or any other Solution ?I had mailed to that customer care they said Dear Customer, Our dispatch time is 1-3 Working days from the order date Or sometimes it takes more times to dispatch. So be patience on this we will dispatch your product very soon. When it will be dispatched you will receive a confirmation mail and sms about your shipment.
