I had sent a letter by speed post on 12 / 09 / 2014 from model town, post office, ludhiana - 141002, vide no. Ep[protected]in

To mr. Simran (Mobile no. [protected]) , st. No. 8 / 4, guru gobind singh nagar, brota road, shimlapuri, ludhiana - 141003

The speed post has been received back with the remarks "insuficient address"
The address is very complete and very correct.

How the post man says that the address is insufficient
