[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — NON DELIVERY | |||
Dear Sir i would like to inform you that Blue Dart Express ltd has cheated me. Me and my sister had applied for the pan card at NSDL. NSDL had made available on its site that the pan card would be delivered on my home address but no delivery took place. i had called the blue dart in the next morning . they told me that they had returned the item to Mumbai.They didn't even felt necessary to inform me regarding this matter. When i asked for the reason they told me that my address is out of their delivery area. Then i asked them that if my address does not come under their delivery area then why they took the item from NSDL. on that they replied me that it was not their fault, NSDL had done this mistake.Why NSDL had given the item to Blue Dart without verifying the service area.Please Explain and Deliver my pan card before three working days. I frequently purchased online items through various websites. Last transaction was made through e-bay vide docket no. [protected].
It is worth to mentioned that NARANPURA Service Centre is hardly 200 Meters away from my delivery address. Previously there are too many consignment I have received at my delivery address.
This time it has been stated that CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS UNLOCATABLE / LANDMARK NEEDED.
Then after I visited to NARANPURA Branch and ask him that why this delivery has not been possible???? Why you had not called me when the number is shown to dispatch address.
BLUE DART Office Person told me that we are not calling the party.
This is worst thing I have ever heard.
Please look into this matter as this will badly affect your Courier Service image.

It has been 6 days since the my product was shipped and still i have not received the package, on calling the customer care of blue dart they say that due to festive season they have a lot of orders and would take another 3-4 days to deliver, claiming to be one of the fastest logistics company is nothing but a hoax tag line to attract people. This is not the first time it has happened via blue dart in my experience blue dart is the worst logistics company currently available in the, market and advise people not to use the same.

I am writing this complaint letter, having gone through lots of inconveniences and troubles faced by my wife and my boy during my recent trip from lucknow to dubai with your Air India Express Staff at the Check-in counter on 26 may 2013. they ask me money also to clear all the issue first they west my time then they ask money due to that i miss my flight.
