[Resolved]  India Post — non-delivery of letter posted with proper stam

On 24/11/2012 I posted a complaint about the functioning of the India Post. I mentioned I received a letter from Reader's Digest, which was posted on 31.08.2012, on 21/11/2012 after a small delay of 11 weeks +. I replied that letter and posted on the same day to RD at Panvel address. On 27.11.2012 the same letter was delivered to me with postal stamps only from Belur Math P.O. on 2 dates, i.e. 21st and 27th inst. It evidently appears that the letter was not at all sent to Mumbai, as there is no stamp from Panvel side, and no reason shown for the return. Though I can guess why it was not sent from Belur Math Post Office, I do not want to expose the reason as I do not have proper proof against the concerned staff whom I know must have done this.
