[Resolved] Kochi Ems Centre — My parcel from USA is held by Kochi EMS customs

I have not received my parcel from USA with tracking number EC[protected]US.The parcel was carried to India by USPS. The status shows that my package reached KOCHI EMS CENTRE on 12/13/2012.
I have paid extra charge for expedited shipping.Even then EMS making delay in delivery of my package.

My parcel (EE[protected]AE) which I have send on 13/05/13 from Abu Dhabi EMS is held at Kochi EMS Customs. By tracking I have found that it has reached Kochi EMS on 16/05/13. But it is 22/05/13 and has not yet reached the destination. Please I need to know the reason and please do necessary action to move the parcel to destination point.
