Postal Life Insurance — Maturity amount of PLI for release

I have PLI policy bearing no. AM/72-S which was matured on 28/01/2015 and i have submitted PR book and original policy on 03/02/2015 in GPO guwahati.It is learnt from the PLI br.Meghdoot Bhavan Guwahati today(25/02/2015) that they have not find the file of my policy.I request you kindly to look into the matter and release the maturity amount.
