ADG APS E-mail Dt. 29/5/14 I have already paid my dues and the pass book has been forwarded by the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Thrissur Division, Thrissur – 680001 for releasing maturity amount. But maturity amount yet not received. I have visited Post Master, Kunnamkulam several times to request for the same. They repeatedly telling me that the Maturity Amount Releasing Order NOT RECEIVED by them. Then I wrote to The Addl Director General APS to look in to the matter. The Addl Director General APS has replied that, " the Policy has been transferred to kerala Circle on 02 May 14 as per insurant tfr application. As per sys Online tfr dt 02 May 14 on both modes. Policy status "T".So Maturity claim will be made from civil circle."This is kindly for your info. Regards, PLI CCC'. NOW THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT SAYS THAT, THE POLICY IS TRANSFFERED ELECTRONICALLY-BUT MY ORNIGINAL POLICY IS NOT SENDING TO BACK TO THRISSUR MAIN POST OR KUNNAMKULAM POST OFFICE. THE POSTMASTER OF MULLASSERY POST OFFICE REFUSED TO PAY THE POLICY AMOUNT WITHOUT ORIGINAL POLICY. WHAT SHALL I DO SIR, NOW... So please look into the matter sympathetically and kindly release my Maturity Amount at the earliest. I will be ever grateful to you for this act of kindness. Thanking You, Yours faithfully KK.
