[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance — Non deduction of PLI premium | |||
Sir, I Mithilesh Kumar Rank - P/Nvk(RO) P.No. 05188-S has taken two PLI policies from Indian Naval Base Venduruthy on 12 Feb 2012. I have also received PLI Policy bond paper also, But I regret to inform you that my premium for the policies are not being deducted from my salary till todate. I have also made several letters to my pay Office Mumbai {PCDA(Navy) CG Section} requesting to deduct premium. They replied that there is some format for deducting PLI Premium which has not been received from your PLI Office. It is therefore requested that kindly forward the format for deduction of PLI premium to my Pay Office Mumbai to facilitate Premium deduction.
