Postal Life Insurance — Non Receipt of PLI Policy Bond Paper

NON RECEIPT OF PLI BOND R/Sir, I am serving in Border security force .My Service No. is[protected] Rank HC/NAS Gopala krishnan, while I am Seved 65 Bn BSF Jammu Kashmir C/O 56 A.P.O in August 200. I had taken a PLI Policy No. 768461 with Premium Rs 435/- per month since August 2006 till date . Premium is continously deducting from my Salary directly, but no bond form received by me till date after lapse of approx 08 years. At this time i am serving in Composite Hospital BSF Shillong. I have send three letter vide letter No.Pers/CH/BSF/SHG/PLI/2015/01 dated 13 Feb 2015 and .Pers/CH/BSF/SHG/PLI/2015/02 dated 17 April 2015 and emails also. I had recieved two letters form The department of Post Office of CPMG, ADM(PLI) Delhi Circle New Delhi-110001.The reply are not any good responds It is therefore request clarify the matter at the earlist and send me bond form in my present address.
