I Swapan Majumder working as a member of CPMF (MHA) Govt. Of India . I have sent application to ddm (pli), assam circle, meghdoot bhawan, guwahati-781001 and send e-mail in several time to transfer my above pli policy from assam circle to west bengal circle. Due to non-transfer the same i am not able to deposit my monthly premium since last 15 months. Your office neither transfer my above pli policy nor send any reply to me. Please took this matter very seriously because i am also serving 24 hrs for nation and during my duty any untoward incident is occurred my dependent will not get any facility from your department against this policy.
