Postal Life Insurance — Regarding the non acceptance of premium through post office

with most humble submission i would like to state the following few lines foer your kind consideration and necessary action please.
i am serving in CISF, MHA and started my policy on dated 31st mar 2003 at mumbai, later i had been posted due to my job then i transferred my policy to west bengal darjeelling and paid my premium at pradhan nagar post office dist darjeeling upto the month of august 2016 .now they refuse to accept my premium saying me that my account details is not with the post office .i have all the details of my premium paid receipts
so it is highly requested to take necessary action for my premium to be collected by the post office to avoid all surcharges and loss of benefits of the policy
for kind of this act i shall ever be grateful and thankful to you
