Sir, I no 2692917y L /nk Bhanu pratap from 11GDRENADIERS C/O 56APO my policy no APS - 810781 - L (key_id 969457) I surrender my policy 8 may 15 by 923 FPO C /O 56APO I have received Duplicate cheque letter on 25 may 15 but I have not received cheque or amount till date so sir please take a action thank you
