PPF — Non Transfer of my PPF account from Mumbai Andheri Branch to Ganapathy Branch Coimbatore -reg

Dear Sir/Mam, This is Vijayalakshmi Sankaranarayanan, I had opened PPF account at MAROL BRANCH, MIDC, Andheri East. Account number : [protected]. Last year I moved to Coimbatore and by July 1st 2014, I have requested to transfer my account to SBI Ganapathi Branch (Branch code: 3690). I and my husband Asish Mohan have joint account at SBI (A/c # [protected]), this has been transferred to Manikarayalam Coimbatore branch SBI last year (Branch Code: 12778), my husband also have PPF account, which got transferred to branch 12778 with different account number. My father have check with Ganapathi branch for last 3 to 4 months and still saying that from Andheri branch they have done transfer to Branch Code: 3690 Ganapathi SBI. But still not updated in the system and they are not sure about the new account number. I kindly request you to please look into this matter at the earliest, as today is the last day for year ending.
