This happened with me too. I donated to Pratham foundation but didn't receive the receipt for 10 days then I called at their center to enquire about the same. They checked and told me that the receipt had been generated from their end but due to technical glitch it could not be mailed to me. Later, after 2 days I received the receipt on mail. So, I think you too can call and enquire or wait for few more days.
