Praxair — Supply issue

We are calsonic kansei motherson located in oradagam. We are getting liquid nitrogen, helium and nitrogen cylinders from praxiar chennai.

Every time we face huge problem in supplies of nitrogen gas (Cylinders). Our contact person is m/s jayanthi, mr. Rangaswamy & mr. Sivakumar. We not even get proper response. We are fed up with praxiar, even after monthly and weekly schedule is released we are not getting cylinders. Every time we are getting 5 to 10 nos from local vendor to avoid my line stoppage. My monthly consumption is 160 cylinders but they supply only 80 nos. Then what is the use in doing business for more than 5 years.
