Preethi — Gas stove nozzle

Hi, I bought a glass top gas stove of Preethi brand in the last week of August 2015. After using it close of one year, after cooking in the morning; I suddenly felt the gas leaking and after checking i found that the - Nozzle of the stove has broken. When I placed the complaint, the person informed me that they will replace the nozzle not the stove. I was shocked as the product has not even been a year and the nozzle which seems to be the strongest part of the stove is broken. Replacing the nozzle and using it was again was involving higher risk which no one will accept. Still the company didn't understanding and they kept on saying that they will not replace the product only nozzle will be changed.
I have bought many products from Preethi and never have any issue. But the above response is shocking and never acceptable.
