[Resolved] Preeti — Irregular water supply

Hello, We are experiencing irregular water supply in Shivneri colony, Rahatani, Pune... since one and half month. Despite of complaints lodged by many residents, no action has been taken... I contacted Saarthi customer unit . Their contact numbers is 88800666. A lady picks the call and registers our complaint, . Buy after which we do not receive any complaint registration number. Everytime we call, orally she provides a dummy registration number... This is highly pathetic as far customer service is concerned. We do not call to amuse or entertain ourselves on these numbers. We call because its a customer service centre.. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and let us know which language they understand... Thanks and Regards, Preeti more

Hello, First of all thank you very much for your assistance.. Respective authorities came and instructed the workers to find out reason for stoppage of water... Some garbage got accumulated in water pipes ...It was removed.. Since yesterday morning we are receiving water properly... Today at 5 pm we have received complaint registration number from saarthi customer care... Anyways, our issue is resolved.. If the issue was resolved by them before I would have not taken trouble of sending any mail...Thank you once again...
