Prestige — Defective product and non availability of service | |||
I had purchased 4 burner auto ignition gas stove from prestige co. Through online. Company send a defective piece as its knobs and auto ignition was not working.. After complaining continuously for several days, they didn't provided service at all, all the time they said that service man will reach you in an hour or two, but nobody arrived. I m very disappointed. Mr. Shalandra from lucknow centre assured me that within 2 days repair will be done, but still no one arrived, it means that prestige co.
