Hi, I brought a Gas stove in Prestage smart kitchen Athreyaa's, Trichy road, Coimbatore on 7/06/2014. But with in 3 months it starts giving a trouble and started servicing by them. The technician ( The person who came for service is not a technician, they are a normal gas stove cleaning person) came more than 3 times and cleaned the stove and tried to rectify, but still they are not able to find the solution. Now they are not even responding to my call and I asked them to replace my gas stove, no response till date. Now stove is sleeping in my home. Was this information helpful? | |||

Still the issue is not resolved and no one reached us. One of the worst product I used in my life is Prestige. I will never remand to any one.
