Hello Sir, I had placed an order at prestigesmartkitchen.com, on June 6th 2014 for Kadhai, Tawa and a Pan. None of the order was delivered for long time. My parents went to Prestige Indranagar, Lucknow to follow up and they could collect Tawa and Pan. The shop owner said we don't have Kadhai in the stock. It's been more than 4 months and still the order is not delivered. I opted for home delivery option. Prestige is such a reputed company for kitchen appliances and this kind of ignorance is not at all accepted. I am continuously following up from my end, but have not received any reply from Prestige customer care. I have made the full payment on 6th of June 2014, while placing the order. They are not responding to my calls or emails. It would be great if you could help me in resolving this issue.
