Prince Town Kids Clothing — Products not received and also not refunding

Respected Sir, I purchased my kids clothes from Prince Town Kids Clothing (+91-[protected]) via seeing products on Facebook (www.facebook.com/pages/Prince-Town-Kids-Clothing/[protected] ) and made payment of rs 3950/- on 11.12.15 on below account details Name: Richa Arora ICICI Bank a/c no:[protected] IFSC code: ICIC0000007. Amount Paid: Rupees 3950. I can provide my bank statement for payment made (in case required) We have ordered for 2 kids jacket. Before making payment I asked him about product availability and he confirmed on it. But once he received the payment he said that out of 2 pieces 1 products is not available and now he is not refunding the money and moreover he is not dispatching the product which is available with him. It seems so fishy and he keeps on saying that he said it will take 10-15 working days which he never said before. We are left with no option other than messaging him (whatsapp) and asking for when he will send as he is not picking our calls too. He is not sending the products and he is ignoring me and my husband calls or calls which I make from Bangalore. He is asking us only to message via WhatsApp only. We have even requested for any other products and he asked us to check from his collection and whatever we send him, he says its not available. We are waiting like anything. We are ok if he sends us promised products or even products which we shared but nothing is coming to real. Please help us and get our hard earned money back or products which were ordered.
