I had purchase this printer (Serial No CN42HFW28H/FPU Number CM[protected] R3/Regulatory Model No:SNPRC[protected] within the last 9 months and very much within the warranty period. Unfortunately I have misplaced the bill. But the issue is not this. Its has been more than a week ( July 12th 2015) that I have been trying to get a technician to help me retrieve a paper jammed . I have a series of numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) to which have contacted several times. It's the same demand. Show us the bill to prove its with the warranty period. And I have been constantly and repeatedly impressed upon them that I want to pay. I am willing to pay. But PLEASE rectify the problem! I still have a non working almost brand new printer. My mistake? Its a home pinter and not in any large Office! I am not looking for a free visit by the Technician either.My business is taking a hit, my work is suffering as I can't scan, copy or fax! Was this information helpful? |
