Printvenue — Delay In Delivery Of Product

I have placed order for 4 products ( Engraved Pen - Zinc, Key Chain Fusion, Birthday Greetings, Photo Mugs) on 14th August, 2015; order number:[protected] As it was mentioned on their website that order will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days, I was expecting delivery of my order according to that as I need to gift this products to someone. However it's been 7 days now after placing an order I am awaiting for delivery. After speaking with their customer care representative on 20th Aug, 2015 I came to know that still my order will take more 3 working days to get dispatch and I will get it 4 days later then dispatched date. This is a pathetic service by printvenue guys and moreover their representatives are so rude and don't have a courtesy to even apologize. I am so disappointed and will never ever give my reference to anybody for using this website. All fake commitments. Dont value their customers.
