Printvenue — Item not delivered, no customer care policy

I had placed an order no.[protected] on 14.5.2014 for two items, engraved pen and a sweat shirt. The items were for my brother whose birthday was approaching. The company claims that they deliver within 4-5 days.I did receive the order on 19.5.2014 but it was incomplete as only one item (Engraved pen) was delivered. Since that time i have been calling up the stupid customer service but they are hardly bothered, every time i am being told that i would be getting the order within one two days, its been more than 15 days but there is no response.The birthday of my brother has long gone. The company does not respond at all. Every time u call up the customer care, there is standard response that ur compant has been registered and it would be resolved within two days. It seems that since i have paid in advance through credit card so they have already received the money and therefore they r not bothered to send the order.They neither deliver the product nor refund the money. The most disgusting and sucking site ever. No one should order anything from them
