my order no[protected] has not been delivered yet. i sent a mail to concerned customer service . they provided me with a ticket no 128465 and promised to reply within 3 days. They have not replied yet or have taken any further action.

I had placed an order on print venue with Order No.[protected], on 4th Nov 2014. I had placed the order for personalized Executive diary and Pen. A month has been passed for the order but still I have not received yet. I want my product as soon as possible. This site is seems fraud it has taken my money but not dispatching the product... Each time people are saying wait for 2-3 working days, and 1 month has been passed Don't know when their 2-3 days will come.
