Printvenue — Order Not Delivered/ Shipped

Address:East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya

My order with Order No.[protected] had two items ordered on 10th July. One of them has been delivered today and for other, even shipment has not yet been started and it was expected to get delivered tomorrow. There is no tracking tool available for the same, neither I have received any mail from the company.
