Printvenue — Print quality very poor and poor response from Printvenue.

Very disappointed with the print quality I got this time with printvenue. The mobile skin I received is printed very dark than the photo I uploaded. My eyes and collar of the shirt are very dark. I cannot accept this quality of print. Its been 20 days and I have not got any refund from printvenue nor any other copy and I call almost 100times to customer support number but it always says all are busy please try later. After so many days I received a mail saying " print quality is OK from our side". It is really a justified answer?? How can they decide that its OK or NOT?
