Priority International — Need my money back and cancel my membership

My initial words about this company -- A BIG FRAUD COMPANY...

Please don't take any kind of membership for priority international Holiday club Pvt Ltd company as they are the cheater who make fake promises as below and never gives you once you take membership.
1. This company claims that they provide 6 Nights/ 7 days free hotel reservations in 3 - 5 star hotels like Hotel Taj www.tajhotels.com, Hotel Oberoihttp://www.oberoihotels.com/, ITC hotels, Le-meridian hotels, hyatt, and many more hotels in World.
2. 20-30 % Air flight discount
3. Rs 1000/- monthly coupons from D-mart, Big-Bazaar and Reliance mart till the membership exists.
4. Free Gym facilities from Gold gym(https://www.goldsgymindia.com) /Talwalkars gym(talwalkars.net)
5. Free Club house facility
6. 0% interest, 0% processing fees on EMI for the membership fees. They have Tie up with Banks to convert the amount max 48 EMI with 0% interest and processing fees
7. Free Airport Priority Lounges across the world
8. Free Dinner every month in restaurants like Ambience, Sayaji etc in pune.

Mistakenly I was also get trapped here and fighting to get my amount refunded but their staff is too rude after taking membership that they will never entertain you.

I was also trapped with this company :(

I got similar call stating a lucky customer to won the gifts and asked me to come to Royalton Restaurant in Hyderabad to collect gifts (silver coin, kitchen set, Travel voucher of 40, 000 and Discount Coupon Voucher of 10, 000 ).
They have 90 mins presentation about Company, Holiday Membership Plan and Life time benefits coming along with membership and a 121 square yard plot.

I wanted to validate details about company before buying the membership, however they have provided discount on package and stated discount is available only for that particular day. To get discount on membership, I have enrolled on same day and got trapped :(

There were many other people who were also enrolling for this membership.

I paid membership fee of 1, 40, 000 by credit card. They also stated very less % of EMI, however when I called bank to know details about EMI conversion, bank stated 2% / month Interest will be charged which is very high than the interest % told to me in presentation.

I have been cheated with the details provided in presentation and read many complains about this company.
I want to cancel the membership and get my money back.

Also, I request Banks to mark such merchants as FRAUD and should not approve any credit to such FRAUD companies. This will ensure other innocent people are at least not trapped by such FRAUD companies and would not loose hard earned money.

They are fraud company. There is a pune consumer court order dated 12/1/2016 against priority international.
Give detailed complaint at Hadapsar/Chaturshingi police station asap and then file consumer case at Pune.

I have called ICICI bank credit card section & they told me that they can do investigation & if they found something wrong, they will give full refund.

I have purchased membership before 2 month & paid 35, 000. Even today credit card section is taking my complain. I suggest all of you, if you have taken membership via credit card, raise dispute with your bank, they will investigate on their own.

Now, after the Mumbai police has raid on one office, its easy for us to prove that they are cheaters
