Private Car — Misconduct by owner/driver

Sir, I am an govt. official working for Hindustan Petroleum Corpn. Ltd., at Bandra office. I commute everyday from Vile Parle (E) to my office on my two-wheeler. Today while commuting, a White Corolla Altis no. MH-02-DW-0054 was behind my two wheeler honking continuously without reason. When I took my two wheeler to side he used to brush against my two-wheeler and speed away. This happened till Khar and then he again came behind me and brushed against my two-wheeler with an intention to make me fall. Secondly he abused me and made gestures in very dirty manner. When I asked him to take his car on side he sped away at Bandra signal near Jari-Mari temple. Sir, I am a working woman who travels every day on the same route. But this is a first instance and the person behind the wheels in this car should be fined for such obscure behaviour. I would again state his car was White Corolla Altis No. MH-02-DW-0054 and it was a private car. Awaiting a favourable action against this car owner/driver. Regards,
