Faber Baffle Chimney — The chimney is out of service

After taking the last cleaning service dated 4th of December,2012 from the COMPANY'S AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE , my machine was not working properly , from last week it is out of service. I repeatedly complain over the phone. But nobody didn't bother to attain. I have LIFE TIME WARRANTY & an ANNUAL CLEANING CONTRACT on machine.
