I, Smt Archana Kundu residing at Ramkrishna Nagar 2, Pradhan nagar, Siliguri hereby state that I have already received 5 no of Cooking Gas in my home as above by booking over phone. My consumer no is KG21367. I regret to state that as regular basis I have booked over phone in the month
of January 2013 and received message for booking confirmation and the next day another message received stating as your booking is cancelled.
this is a part of negligence of IOC. what should I do now. Neither received any data from distributor nor received any compliant from IOC My Email

pradan — booking gas
my coustomer no is 20655. my address is I-201, Gautam nagar. New delhi.My problem is that gas booking .
I am calling for last 5th day from 14th August . Call to gas booking office but no any person is pick up my call.
this is not a good service off indian gas.
