[Resolved]  Indane Online — Non Receipt of Subsidy for Gas refill

Dear Sir,

My cos. no. is 7497 and my agents name is JO AGENCY, IRINJALAKUDA( Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.)
I have booked for refill on 20/7/2013. hey supplied the refill on 20/9/2013 woith out subsidy. That means I have paid
Rs. 977/- plus Rs. 12/- for delivery cahrge.

Earlier for delivering a refill cylinder I use to pay Rs. 450/- altogether. on 20/9/2013 I have inquired at Bank , bot no subsidy has been credited in the bank. But today I found that Rs. 435/- is credited in my account on 21/9/2013..
This shows that for taking this refill cylinder I have paid Rs. 104/- extra. Why it happened?

Govt. have announced that the full subsidy will be credited in the bank. What should I do now?
where should I approach for geting this money back ?

I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary action to get my amount.
