[Resolved] National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) — Pan Card Status | |||
Hi All, This is to inform you that we are unable to get a proper feedback from NSDL Customer Care regarding our Pan Card Status. We have submitted the Pan Card Online on 13.02.2013. Submitted all documents through Courier to NSDL on 22.02.2013. Got info regarding that the provided Corresponndence address proof is missing. Then Courier the Correspondence Address to NSDL on 28th Feb through DTDC Couirer. As per DTDC website the same got delivered to NSDL on 01.03.2013. Now NSDL claims that they have not received the Physical copy of the same. Then we mailed the Xerox Copy of the same to NSDL on 11.03.2013. We received a confirmation mail on 13.03.2013 from NSDL that they received the copy. When we tried to call the NSDL, there is no internal communication due to which they told that we have not got the documents. On 18th March, they updated the status saying that NSDL has received the documents. Now it has been almost 10 days following and NSDL keeps saying that 3 days wait, we will get update from the concern department. I am not able to understand How much time does NSDL needs to process a single Pan Card. If this is the situation, we should not try avoid such services in future. We should rely on the agents who are just charging 200 bugs & giving us the Pan Card as home delivery. I think I have wasted my money and the time for the continuous follow-ups.
