www.Yebhi.com — NO RESPONSE TO MY REGISTERED COMPLAIN ON YEBHI.COM | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased a watch on 11-DEC-2012 having order no CITI2812441 via online shopping from www.yebhi.com/citibank which cost Rs 1450/-. The order value is Rs 450/- as i had a coupon of Rs 1000/- When the product was delivered to me,after opening the packing i found the watch was not working. Then I had registered a complaint(return order) on 13-DEC-2012 with return Order No-CRO156857. But there is no response from the company regarding exchanging the bad product with the new one.
