[Resolved] Professional Courier — Non reciept of courier, going to be a month | |||
Hi, I am Salma. A courier had been sent from Bangalore to Bikaner that comprises of an important document. The courier was dispatched from Bangalore on 4th Aug, and I could see in the status that it was dispatched to Bikaner on 7th Aug. I waited for a few days, I didn't get any call from them. Today is 1st sept, the status is still 'on transit'. Its going to be a month, still no any update. Last time, In the month of June, I did receive a call from Bikaner courier hub and said to pick up my courier. They said they do not cover the area where I stay. I did go there and collected my stuff. However, this time I didn't get any call. After waiting for several days, I called the Bikaner hub and the man who attended the call was very rude, told me to contact from where the courier had been dispatched and hung up. I called up again and same rude behaviour. This happened several times and this made me to send email in their main branch, had been forwarded to the concerned office, but no any follow up. Despite repeated mails for a week, no any follow up on my issue.I called up again in the Bikaner hub after sending an email to the main branch, I got the same answer. I also said I would be taking action for this, that person named "OM SINGH" in Bikaner courier hub said first go and take action. SUCH AN ATTITUDE! I then tried to search for the contact numbers, called up the Jaipur courier hub (that happens to be the main courier hub of entire Rajasthan), directed me to Delhi, called Delhi office and then directed me to Bangalore, called Bangalore and then gave me a few contact numbers. Some of the numbers were either busy, didn't attend etc. Finally, I got screwed up and landed into your website with the hope that my issue gets resolved. Courier service name is Professional, but the employees, staff are too rude and unprofessional. The representatives in the customer care service attend calls as if they are going to miss flight or train, always in a hurry to hang up the phone. Scared to ask a question twice. In haste, their language is not clear and when we ask question, always in a hostile mood. It shouldn't be customer care but CUSTOMER SCARE SERVICE. BAD and PATHETIC SERVICE! Please help!
