Professional Courier Service — product not delivered | |||
Hi, I need your attention and immediate action about courier tracking no- SRT70069139 of Professional Couriers, India. I did online shopping of a suit from craftsvilla.com on 18thmarch 2015.I got confirmation mail on 19th march 2015 with shipping details.It should be delivered till 27th march at given address but we have not received it yet. The online status shows that it is been delivered to Moradabad office but we have not received it yet. I wrote an email to customercare on 28th mar 2015 with my contact no-[protected] but i have not received any response. Is this the service which you are providing to your customer?
