[Resolved]  Prometric — Could not give prometric exam and no refund

I had scheduled my microsoft exam 70-486 for today 10.30 am on for pune center at prometric.com on 10th Nov 2013. Exam ID is Z77SYD6233. I reached the testing center at 9:55 a.m. At 10.15 am they asked me for my documents and told that PAN Card and Adhaar Card are not acceptable documents. I have gone through name change process after marriage, so was carrying my marriage certificate and affidavit with me so that my passport or driving license, the one that carries old name will be o[censored]se if needed. But they didnot accept anything. I kept on asking them for a solution and they kept on telling me that your money will not be refunded neither they will re-schedule my exam. It was not 10.30 even when all this conversation was going on. Rather they told me to email them the request for name change. Just because I had already paid the money online, even center people were least interested in all this. Also they suggested me to email them the documents with the old name, but still they have not responded me yet. I sent so many requests/complaints on their website, still there is no response. Even over phone they are not replying properly. But all this is not right. After marriage for most of all ladies the name change happens, and when I am giving them legal documents of the same, why they are not accepting. And they have not mentioned anywhere clearly on the website what all documents they accept. This is really a very bad experience. I did not give the exam and even lost my exam fees.

One important thing by name change i just meant my last name has changed because of marriage, not the first name.
No one has resolved this issue. They emailed to send them the documents, when I did, they called me to tell me that they will not re-schedule previous exam rather I should re-pay the money. Why because of lack of details on their website and lack of knowledge about the documents of their call center people! Give me one reason to re-register again!!! What happened to my 1st registration? It got waste!!!
