[Resolved] Provogue — ICICI offer watch not received. Order No:[protected] | |||
Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 8 OCT 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. Then I checked my mails and there was a mail from citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 3 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 25 June 2015 and made the payment through ICICI Debit Card. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. Then I checked my mails and there was a mail from citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "COMPLETE" since last 6 Days. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!

Please see below the invoice receipt against order No[protected] order on 27th august, 2015 but when i check in your site the message shows under dispatch i have already paid through icici debit card so i want to know when i received this product & when i call your customer care center they cannot pick the phone so many times .
I hope you can solve my problem ASAP & also revert back by phone or through email & also send my product ASAP.

Hi i was order watch from provogue on 10th Nov. order was successfully posted and order number received as[protected]. however order status is still appeared as under dispatch.
all given contact number are always show busy. complained contact is not reachable.
no reply from mail @ care.

Hai dears, i really got frustrated with My order number ie.[protected] for provogue watch.I have placed this on 30 Nov 2015.yet I have not received the same, plesae let me know the status for this asap.I never saw dis kind of poor service, regretting to say that hw bad it is...hoping to hav prompt response from you soon.
I had ordered many things online but never faced such type of problem. These is the very bad service which I had experienced. I had ordered a watch on 14th November and today on 4th Jan when I was tracking my order status is showing as complete and my order number is[protected] and it is showing as clink on link to track order but I am unable to track. MUMPVGP659552 these is the number.
