I had ordered Provogue unisex 35L bag in last month. It got delivered on 26/10/2023. It has domestic warranty of 1 year, It's stitches opened within one month, I need to replace this bag....

The strip is damaged from stitched area no any weight in the bag only one filled water and 1 diary in the bag......

Laptop bag torn from both sided also zip broken..I have purchased it from Flipkart on date of receiving 15 October 2023 which is having 1 year domestic warranty and there is no website or support available to claim the warranty as this product is having multiple issues and flipkart denied for the refund/replacement.I would appreciate if it can be considered though this platform to get the resolution.....

I have ordered the provogue spacy unisex backpack with rain cover from Flipkart on[protected] & received on[protected], the product is got has 6 months warranty on it, the chain broke & got torn, so I want to return on it as soon as possible...

I had purchased Provogue Knight 40L from flipkart on 7th February 2023. The bag is working fine but there is removal of stitching automatically from either side of the bag. The attachments for load bearing are being automatically removed though I am not carrying heavy luggage. Please help me with this.

Within normal use, its stiches /threads and joints are torned and breaked.
I think this bag is faulty or any defects.

I have purchased a set of 3 trolley bags from Flipkart. There was a issue with the lock even after putting up the same code it is not working and zipp runner got broken and it is of no use.

I tried reaching Flipkart many times but they were unable to help me with communication with Provogue.

I request you to please help me with the same and get this resolved asap....
