Provogue India — Defected watch with broken dial glass

Dear Sir, I have received a defected watch with broken dial glass in response to my order on 28/01/2016 online. My order no. is[protected]. My Invoice No. is 6C[protected] with Invoice date 28/01/2016. Kindly arrange replacement of the watch as soon as possible.

Hi Provogue,

Nothing is going right here. As per below mail, GoJavas has not receive any product from Provogue.
And in other hand you have false committed me that my product has already been dispatched and will reach you within 5-6 Working days on 15th March 22, 2016.
Not sure What is happening here. Please advise next course of action. Also I want Escalation Metrix for Provogue with immediate effect

Did not receive my watch.

Hi, I ordered a watch on November29, 2014. On checking the online status, it shows that the watch has been delivered but I have not received my watch. I have done online payment for it. Please tell me what to do? Thanks.
