Hi Team, I ordered 1 watches from Provogue on 05/14/15, I HADNOT RECEIVE the item YET.Shipment #PROV275244 for Order #[protected] tracking number is MUMPVGP427757, Shipping Provider (JAVAS) . Tried to contact provogue customer care by sending multiple emails and also through phone no response from them and very poor customer care service .Please let me know and my contact number 91-[protected]. A person called me and told that he is from Provogue and informed that order is cancelled. I dont know the reason why they cancelled the order . This order has initiated as a promotion from ICICI bank. He wants me to provide the entire debit card information. I have not provided my complete debit card information. I have not received any calls/message from there courrier service and trying to track from 1st day onwards. But unable to track the order and they are trying to cheat the customer also by telling some reasons.
