Hi, i have placed order as per offer on hdfc bank account for provogue bag for which shipping charges of rs. 299 got debited from my account. I have ordered the provogue bag on november 4, 2016. Received a message that my order is placed. There is no tracking order information available on provogue website.

Please help me get the delivery of provogue bag or refund the amount i have already paid.
