[Resolved] Provogue — Watch not received | |||
Hi, I ordered also ordered provogue watch on 07 August 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. 20 days has passed and still Provogue website shows order status as PROCESSING (UNDER DISPATCH) & NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE. I tried to contact customer care service[protected] &[protected]. Sometimes number is busy or out of reach. When phone is ringing then there is no body to pick up the phone. It is shocking to know that well reputed brand like Provogue has this kind of pathetic, louse and sluggish customer care service. I place this order online because ICICI Bank has tie-up with Provogue but now I feel that ICICI Bank is loosing their reputation due to tie-up with this kind of lousy, sluggish and bogus firm. I place order on 7th August and today there is 27th August. Almost 20 days has been passed but still Product has not been delivered. I do get email from ICICI Care & Provogue Team for the assurance of delivery but here the main question is when somebody sends something from USA to India It gets delivered within 5 to 6 days while here Provogue Team has to deliver product from Mumbai to Ahmedabad and both are within India still It takes more than 20 days. It is very much pathetic, lousy and sluggish. I fail to understand why Provogue Team needs so much time to deliver one simple watch.
I placed an watch on 30th july till now i didnt received by it is showing as delivery completed
i am tring to reach on phone but nobody responds. Even i got invoice also. Its been almost a month i thing provogue has been successful in making many people fools.
Its not the matter of money but we lots trust on them.

He was able to get clean chit in this case but according to me, when Director's name was involved in crime I think there is no wonder that even Company has lost its reputation due to lousiness about delivery. It is woven in company's ethics. ICICI Bank has to be careful in choosing their online shopping partner after doing complete study.
I had ordered a watch from Provogue with an offer of HDFC bank. It's been more than 5 days since I'm continuously trying to reach them as I have to make a few changes in my order but there is no one to pick up the phone and I have sent Provogue mails also but they aren't replying. Really it was a wrong decision to buy something just by the brand name. I should have read its reviews first and then ordered something from such a pathetic service provider and customer befooling company..
