Provogue — Wrist watch did not get delievered.

I had ordered a wrist watch on 5/3/2015 of which order number is[protected]. I got email regarding address issue from provogue of which I replied 4 days back, but I am yet to get any response from the concerned person.I have raised this issue couple of times through official website (via contact information column) but did not get even reply mail, I also tried to call on number [protected] but no one received the call. As soon as possible please resolve my problem. Note- A shipment has already come of same product to my neighbour house and I already have bought through flipcart, snapdeal, jabong and myntra and they all are able to easily deliver on the same address because it is in the city itself not even at outskirts of the city.
